Iman Ghaly
Design Director, Vice CDO, NGDS

Holding a bachelor of Architecture and Engineering from the faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University year 1992.

Iman joined NGDS since 2007 with a dual role as a Design director and office managing director. She had lead large multidisciplinary teams, providing full architectural and engineering solutions. From planning and design through construction administration.

Iman started her early professional life (1992 -1997) with one of the Vernacular architecture pioneers, not only in Egypt but in the Middle East, Eng. Nabil Ghaly, Who himself is one of the most distinguished students of the legendary Hassan Fathy. Later on she joined RDSF ;Ramy El Dahan and Sohir Farid Consultants; (1997-1998). Who were all known for reviving traditional and Islamic Art and utilizing their knowledge in creating green eco-architecture before the term was even invented.

During that time, she was exposed to various projects of different scales, from interior design, antique flooring to major architectural resorts. She had grown a great passion for artistic details, which later on became a cornerstone in her work characteristics.

Prior to joining NGDS Architects she worked for DEGLA FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANCIES on several leisure and high-end residential compounds, acquired a good knowledge of project coordination which was a great plus to her field of expertise.

Mrs.Ghaly is a member in the Egyptian Association of Architects and the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers.
